Lindeen’s office offers guidance for Medicare Part D, Advantage enrollees
HELENA, Mont. – Commissioner of Securities and Insurance Monica J. Lindeen today announced her office can help Montanans on Medicare enroll in vital prescription drug benefit under its early enrollment period this year. Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage and Medicare Advantage enrollment runs from Oct. 15 through Dec. 7, which is earlier than in previous years when enrollment ran until the end of the year.
“Prescription drug coverage is essential for many Montanans,” said Lindeen. “This year’s enrollment deadline is just over a month away, and my office is here to answer questions for anyone who needs help enrolling in Medicare Part D and Medicare Advantage.”
The Commissioner’s office produces annual consumer and rate comparison guides on Medicare Supplemental insurance, which are available in the consumer information section on the agency’s new website.
