DEPARTMENT ANNUAL REPORTS

The CSI is responsible for distributing a portion of insurance premium taxes to the Montana Public Employees’ Retirement Administration for the Firefighters’ Unified Retirement System, the Volunteer Firefighters’ Pension Trust Fund, and the Municipal Police Officers’ Retirement System.

In accordance with 19-19-204, MCA, and 19-18-511, MCA, clerks of cities having fire departments and the board of trustees of each police retirement fund need to file their report with the CSI.

The deadline to file annual reports is April 1.
