CSI RULEMAKING INFORMATION

The Office of the Montana State Auditor, Commissioner of Securities and Insurance (CSI), adopts administrative rules to implement and interpret statutes enacted by the Montana Legislature and published in the Montana Code Annotated, including but not limited to Titles 30 and 33. These rules are proposed, amended, and adopted under the procedures set out in the Montana Administrative Procedure Act and related rulemaking requirements.
