LEGAL
The Legal Services Division ensures accountability for bad actors by investigating and prosecuting criminal, civil, and administrative violations of Montana’s insurance and securities laws. This division also acts as general counsel for CSI.
INVESTIGATIONS
The Insurance Investigations Division investigates insurance fraud complaints and ensures industry compliance with Montana’s insurance code. This division’s dedicated work generates referrals to the CSI’s prosecutors for criminal, civil, and administrative enforcement.
